Morgan Lewis to discuss unique business models for Nuclear Decommissioning Projects at Strategy Summit

Washington, DC: Morgan Lewis is set to headline an exciting panel session at the world’s largest Nuclear Decommissioning and Used Fuel Strategy Summit (3-4 October, Charlotte) to discuss unique business models for Decommissioning project execution and the legal mechanisms that have been developed to achieve commercial objectives.

John Matthews, Partner at Morgan Lewis, will be alongside Southern California Edison Company and EnergySolutions to evaluate critical insights into nuclear regulatory issues, including license stewardship, and multi-owner oversight of decommissioning general contractors.
